Rules & Regulations

Valid ID MandatoryCollege ID card is mandatory for all participants. Entry will not be permitted without a valid institution ID.

Report by 8:30 AMAll participants must report to the venue by 8:30 AM sharp. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Maintain DisciplineParticipants are expected to maintain decorum and discipline throughout the event. Misconduct will lead to disqualification.

Register & Collect DetailsRegister for your chosen event upon arrival and collect all required venue and event details from the coordinators.

No Re-registrationParticipants can only register for events they have pre-enrolled in. On-spot registrations are subject to availability.

Judge's Decision is FinalThe decision of the judges and event coordinators shall be final and binding in all matters of the competition.

Lunch & RefreshmentsComplimentary lunch and refreshments will be provided to all registered participants at the venue.

Certificates for AllParticipation certificates will be issued to all teams who successfully complete their respective events.

Paper Presentation

Showcase your research in Electronics, Robotics, or Emerging Technologies before a panel of expert evaluators.

Max 3 Members 9:00 – 12:00 5+2 Min
  • Paper must be based on Electronics, Robotics, or Emerging Technologies (IoT, AI in Robotics, Automation, Embedded Systems, Smart Devices, or related areas).
  • Participants must upload their PPT on a pendrive and bring it for presentation.
  • Presentation duration: 5 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A.
  • Maximum team size: 3 members.
  • Each team must submit only one registration form with accurate details.
  • Winners receive certificates and exciting cash prizes.
  • Certificates issued to all teams who complete the event.

RC Car Racing

Design, build, and race an RC car through a specially designed track with turns, ramps, and obstacles.

1–3 Members 9:00 – 12:00 Timed Run
  • Each team must design or assemble one RC car. Car can be wired or wireless — manual control only, not autonomous.
  • Track includes curves, slopes, and checkpoints to test maneuverability and control.
  • Each team gets only one final run. Shortest completion time wins.
  • Touching the car during the run adds +5 seconds per touch as penalty.
  • Crossing boundaries or skipping checkpoints leads to disqualification.
  • In case of a tie, handling and control precision will be considered.
  • Participants must bring their own RC car and all required accessories. Power adapters, chargers, or replacement batteries will not be provided.
  • Winners receive certificates and exciting prizes.

Soccer Race

Program a robot to autonomously follow a designated path with precision through a challenging circuit.

1–3 Members 9:00 – 12:00 Autonomous
  • The event is played between two teams, each consisting of 3–5 participants.
  • The objective is to guide the ball through the designated track and score a goal in the opponent’s post.
  • Participants must use only the provided equipment (robots/manual control as per event rules).
  • The track will include obstacles, turns, and checkpoints to test control and precision.
  • Each match will have a fixed duration (e.g., 3–5 minutes).
  • Teams are not allowed to touch the ball directly with hands during gameplay unless specified.
  • Any damage to the arena or equipment will lead to disqualification.
  • Fair play must be maintained; any form of misconduct or interference will result in penalties.
  • The team scoring the maximum goals within the time limit will be declared the winner.
  • Judges' decisions will be final and binding.
  • Winners will receive certificates and exciting cash prizes.

Circuit Design

Put your circuit knowledge to the test — design, analyze, and troubleshoot circuits under pressure.

1–2 Members 9:00 – 12:00 On-Spot
  • Participants will be given a problem statement on-the-spot and must design the required circuit within the allotted time.
  • Participants must bring their own stationery.
  • Use of mobile phones or any electronic devices during the event is strictly prohibited.
  • Circuits will be evaluated based on accuracy, efficiency, and neatness.
  • Components and breadboards will be provided.
  • Winners receive certificates and exciting cash prizes.

AI Creation

Create a compelling 1-minute AI-generated video and bring it for evaluation. Let your creativity define the future.

1–3 Members 9:00 – 12:00 1 Min Video
  • Participants must create a 1-minute AI-generated video prior to the event and bring it on a pendrive or phone for evaluation.
  • The video must be created using AI tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika, Kling, or any other AI video generation platform).
  • Theme: Technology, Innovation, or Future of Electronics — creativity within the theme is encouraged.
  • The video must be original work created by the team. Plagiarism or reused content will lead to disqualification.
  • Videos will be evaluated on creativity, relevance to theme, technical use of AI, and overall impact.
  • Video format: MP4, minimum 720p resolution.
  • Participants will give a brief 2-minute oral explanation of their creative process before the judges.
  • Winners receive certificates and exciting cash prizes.
